Group Therapy

Being in a therapy group is an opportunity to sit with other people at their most vulnerable, share something meaningful and learn about yourself. In a world where people are spending so much time interacting with technology and a screen, a therapy group can be an antidote to this dull loneliness and isolation. It is an emotionally charged space that can feel simultaneously difficult, confronting and transformational.

Group Discussion Meeting

Group therapy involves meeting once a week with the same people over a period of time. There is no set agenda or topic and group members are encouraged to talk about their experiences both within the group and in their external lives. Attention is paid to topics that evoke emotion, exploring of interpersonal dynamics within the group and understanding an individuals reaction to intimacy, conflict, frustration and desire.
